The Meng Mein Chakra: Your Very Own Powerhouse!

The Meng mein chakra is located at the back of the navel. This Chakra has eight petals and contains predominantly orange prana and less of red prana. It also contains smaller amount of yellow and blue pranas.
The Meng Mein Chakra helps in the distribution of pranic energy from the Basic Chakra or Mooladhara Chakra to the other part of the body. This could be better understood if we consider this chakra to be some sort of pump that facilitates the circulation of prana throughout the body parts. The Meng Mein Chakra can actually convert lower and grosser energies into spiritual energy.
True Energy Accelerators
This chakra acts as an “energy accelerator”. It increases the rate of vibration of the lower pranic energy thus causing the lower pranic energy to gush out with extreme speed and through the back meridian and spread to all parts of the body and up to the crown. This way the Meng Mein chakra activates the higher chakras. What happens when the higher chakras are activated? Once the higher chakras get activated they enable us to see things as they are. We realize that every person is evolving, and evolution implies process, time and mistake. Once we are able to realize that everybody makes mistakes and this is a part of the natural process of spiritual evolution, it becomes easy for us to forgive others and also ourselves. Once we learn to forgive, we can experience inner as well as physical healing. Forgiving is basically therapeutic.
Therefore, when there is conflict, the emphasis should be to defuse it rather than to escalate it and to restore harmony and peace.
